There are quite a few tricks you can do for the yellow channel noise. Jpg
grid patterns however a real challenge to reduce.
Since you are processing quite a few maybe it would be worthwhile to look at
Retouch Pro 3 from Binuscan. From the demo you can try some of the jpg
correction that can work effectively for these type of problems. It has been
a while but I think there is a noise reduction too.
