PM 5 offers new 'Gamut Mappings', called LOGO Colorful, LOGO Classic, and
LOGO Chroma Plus. They affect all the rendering intents but are most
noticeable in the perceptual and saturation rendering intents. LOGO
Colorful's purpose is to extend the saturation in clean primaries where
normally these colors would get compressed and lose lightness. I have
experimented with this mapping and like the affect it brings using
perceptual, especially within toner based CMYK output profiles where the
gamut is relatively small. What happens is grey balance is maintained but
the primaries are not as compressed giving a more saturated appearance. I
have not yet experimented with LOGO Chroma Plus and LOGO Classic is the same
gamut mapping used in PM 3.x and higher.
