Hi List members Can you help with this one. I am using a EyeOne Display with Eyeone Match (ver's 2 &3). My Eyeone Display is mostly behaving well and producing good profiles.

However the Eyeone-match software seems to mistake a few of my Mac-G4/CRT-monitor combinations as being Mac-G4/LCD Displays. Eyeone match then only presents me with the few LCD options with these CRT monitors before it creates the profile. But for most of my Mac-G4/CRT-monitor combinations, the Eyeone-match software correctly identifies them as CRT's and then gives me the appropriate options.

Could be a Mac OS set-up problem?
Any one know what's going on?

I got a reply from Greatg help here in New Zealand but They haven't come across this problem before.


HARDWARE:
Mac G4
Os10.3.4 & 10.3.5
monitors:
-Apple studio Display
-Sony Multscan G420
