A friend working with a photo services company sent me this question, and
I thought someone here might know the answer. Thank you for any leads in
answering.

The question:
I need to test the quality of digital photo prints from one of our vendors
and
I was wondering if there was any standard test images for doing so. What I'm
most concerned with testing is brightness and contrast, but overall
quality is
a concern too. Is there was anything like bars & tone for prints where the
results can be measured/calibrated as opposed to just submitting random
images
and subjectively determining which are best?
