I believe that Xrite/Monaco now lets all end-users  profile scanners, monitors and printers  without any licensing restrictions.

However, what I just stated is not any thing offical this was passed on to me at  Graph Expo by Ray.

Perhaps some lurker from Xrite would care to comment.
