But one more question.
If I already made profile for monitor and changed monitors RGB settings,
should I reset these setting to factory defaults to get native white point?

The "native" white point is really whatever you want it to be. In general, when monitor calibration/profiling software refers to "native white point", it simply means that it's going to use the hardware white point that you've set using the RGB gun controls and not muck with the white point when creating the monitor profile. But if you choose "D65" or "D50" or whatever in software, the monitor profiling software will try to force this white point REGARDLESS of the monitor's hardware/native white point, usually resulting in reduced luminance.

In your case, you can simply use Measure Tool and use the Monitor calibration function to adjust the native white point to whatever color temp you prefer (6500K, 6000K, 5000K, whatever) using your monitor's hardware/RGB gun controls. Once you have it set to your desired color temp/white point, just choose "Native White Point" when building your profile to the software won't touch it.

The whole point of YOU adjusting the white point using the monitor's controls is that you can maximize the luminance level of the monitor. If you let the software do it for you, then it will nearly always result in reduced luminance since it typically does not have access to the hardware controls of the monitor unless you have one of the few applications/instruments that support a DDC(?) cable.

Does changing RGB settings change monitor white point?

Absolutely!
