I've heard that there is a bug with custom paper sizes set to 13". Try reducing it slightly (maybe 12.75") and see if it helps. (Although I've found the whole custom paper mechanism quite flaky, and things don't work for me sometimes, too.)

>Perhaps someone is familiar with this problem: Mac 0S10.3.5, Epson 2200 using the latest Epson driver, with a custom paper size of 13"x26", attempting to print an image 12.5"x24", landscape option checked in page set up, and everything appears as normal in Print with Preview. However, actual printed output seems to default to letter size and vertical orientation, clipping most of my image. This happened first with InDesign, and I assumed I was inputting the various settings wrong. I rebuilt the document in PS CS, and I still get the cut-off! Printing the file to any standard paper size including Super B I get the expected print out (length clipped to available print size). I'm going nuts over this. Any suggestions?
