Just run some scales/ramps on the device you want to match and the DI press. Measure the dot values of each. Then apply the difference to the output of your DI. I personally like to handle each channel separately. Others like to handle CMY together and K separately. Don Hutcheson used to have a very nice spreadsheet for this. You could check his web site: hutchcolor.com. I know the target is still there to be downloaded. It's the Tone_tgt6.lzw.

If you're not trying to match a particular device then you could try to hit GRACoL guidlines for Density, Dot Gain and Print Contrast. GRACoL's published chart contains specs for SWOP as well.

I've got some simple ramps built that I'd share if it'd save you some time. Just let me know.
