Hi Mark -
As with all systems, calibration is only as good as the gear/kit it
is being used on top of. If there are some ancient monitors in a
workgroup, it is good to have a display replacement strategy in place
to aid tighter calibration accuracy.
Starting with a launch at the GATF color conference in less than two
weeks, basICColor products, including L* display will have a strong
US presence. While the engines under the hood are similar, basICColor
has some major monitor manufacturer endorsements.
Further info will be available in 2 weeks.

Jon,
Maybe I was missing something, but I don't see where Mark was asking about
new monitors, just software and an appropriate instrument. As for basICColor
Display, I believe that ColorEyes Display is the US version with a few
differences (read: improvements). --Mark
