Some of the differences as I understand it:
ColorEyes @$175 has a 3 seat license, BasICColor @$105 has single machine licensing. Both use the same core technology although seemingly with different revisions of the DDC code. Support for ColorEyes in is US, BasICColor is in Germany.


I have had some calibration issues with the BasICColor demo which Derrick at ColorEyes feels will be resolved by using their version. Derrick has also provided an encouraging level of presales technical support. This alone is leading me to spend the extra $ with ColorEyes.
