Not that I personally know of. You could always convert the RGB colors to
CMY by manually pasting each R, G, and B channels of TC9.18 into an
equivalent size blank CMYK image and only use C, M and Y channels. That
would give you a working CMYK TC9.18 testchart but I don't know how you
could cook a reference chart for it?
