Does lighting consistency throughout your workflow make a significant difference?

Right now here is our lighting "workflow":

Image capture - Tungsten film using Tungsten Halogen lamps.
Scanner (TANGO) - Tungsten Halogen lamp.
Viewing - Philips F32T8/TL950 fluorescent lamps.

Would it make sense to change out the flourescent lamps in favor of Tungsten hallogens configured/filtered for D50 lighting conditions, i.e. consistency in illuminant type?

Or am I the caboose on the logic train?

-Doug
