guys... you already have the tool that will do this... ColorThink..

Just load color lists into ColorThink and drop profiles on them to convert. If you want to convert further, save the result (save as...), load it again and apply a different profile.

I've supplied some CMYK and Lab data files in the stunt files folder to get started but any CGATS-style measurement or reference file (all the ones included with ProfileMaker) can be used as well...
