and if it's Quark only color
managing
docs before separations Compass Pro XT works very
well. It's an XT that
converts placed images, text too if you like , in most
image formats
including EPS, Tif both rgb or CMYK .>
Compass Pro XT works great with color managed RGB
inputs into the Quark documents. You can output the
document to any color managed proofer or printer. One
document, multiple outputs for proofing or final
printing. Avoids using any Quark CSM at all. (Still
available at Chromix.com)
My experience with EFI products remind me of the poor
documentation. Many features and Little information on
what they do or how they interact with each other.
