these profiles are both '6CLR' siz channel profiles with CMYK OG Hexachrome(tm)-style ink ordering.
Photoshop does not use non RGB / CMYK / gray profiles at this time so that would be why they are not showing up in its menus.
How are you wanting to use the profiles?
