I have been having trouble with using the GMB iCColor with PMaker 5.0.1 and 5.0.2 with Win XP and Win 2003. (Also Measure Tool with the same versions) When setting up to read an ECI2002(A3) chart an error comes out on the iCColor display "Error 20309 while downloading CSV file". Then you cannot read the chart. The iCColor is firmware V5.36, the latest on the GMB site. This error does not occur when trying the same thing with Mac OSX.

Have all ready asked GMB and am waiting for a response.
Any help or advice would be appreciated.
