InDesign CS2 colour management changes

  • Subject: InDesign CS2 colour management changes

Hi all,

I'm trying to understand the changes made to InDesign CS2 colour management, specifically with an eye towards avoiding an accidental conversion occquring on opening of my legacy documents.

It looks like documents under CS2 include not only embedded profile (s) (if present), but also the Policy used in the application Color Settings.

Can someone elaborate on the general changes made to CS2's colour management changes, and also what the implications are for including the "Policy" with a document?

Thanks!

Matthew Larmour
