eyeone problem with Monaco Profiler

Hi, Pulled out my trusty Eyeone to make an rgb printer profile using Monaco Profiler and could not get it to read the patches. It appears to recognize and calibrate the Eyeone, but then returns an error: problem reading patches, try again, etc. its just not recognizing the Eyeone. I ran the eyeone diagnostics, it passed. I tried using Eyeone Match and it works fine. I reinstalled the Monaco software, but still no go. Any ideas what is going on here?
