I know there's gotta be one out there to download, but I made mine in Photoshop. Create a new RGB document and use the gradiant tool to draw  a gradiant from left to right using the spectrum option from the drop down menu. Then create a new layer and draw another  gradiant from top to bottom, this time using the foreground to background gradiant (black and white). Then change the layer mode of that layer from normal to luminosity. Flatten and you have your rainbow. I think this is how I did it...its been a while... ;-)
