Draft 6 of the IT8.7/4 was ratified with changes to five patches but
the number of patches is the same. I haven't seen the final
published/ratified version of this target. When it is available, you'll
find it on www.npes.org. They do have the draft 6 reference data there
for standard and randomized versions, but you'll have to build your own
reference data file for your profiling package.
My understanding is there isn't a TR 004 yet. Do you have more
information on this Terry? As far as I know, it's still DTR 004,
because it's in a draft/trial vesion, valid until February 2007 unless
superseded before then. The data is based on the IT8.7/3. It makes
sense that the IT8.7/4 would be used for the final iteration.
