I'd check with Epson Australia about cut paper supply first.
We bought a 4000 planning to do much the same with cut sheet paper for
our students.
I wanted a pack of 250 sheets A4 prem. luster but discovered we can't
get it here in New Zealand. Our local distributor of Pro-Epson products
checked with 'Epson' and our distributor advised us that 'Epson' does
not import _any_ cut papers of any size for the Epson 4000 (such as
sheet premium luster papers) into either New Zealand or Australia. Nor
does it have plans to. Roll paper only!
This is a real bummer for us.
