In theory VRML is exactly what you want.
(e.g. see <http://www.argyllcms.com/doc/iccgamut.html>),
but in practice, VRML support in most browsers is less than stellar. It usually
takes some effort to locate a suitable plugin. As for PDF, I'm not
sure Adobe has thought about 3D in PDF.
