So far, my experience with the ColorEyes team has not been good.
I'm still trying to get the Eizo CG210 to work with my 3DLAbs Wildcat4 7110
video card.
The U.S. Eizo team has been responsive but is not well trained. After a
week of seemingly random try-this, then try-that suggestions, they finally
escalated to Japan and promptly received back specific test info. When I
performed the check the info narrowed the problem to the Wildcat4 card. It
seems the Windows registry is not being populated with the EDID (=DDC)
information from the monitor and this is required for Eizo ColorNavigator to
work. However, the 3DLabs card sees the EDID information. So, it's not
getting from the card into the registry. This probably points to a problem
with the card.
The 3DLabs guys have been exceptionally responsive from the very beginning
and have provided diagnostic programs and instructions to further narrow the
problem - even before there was evidence that the card might be at fault.
In stark contrast, after several emails (phone support is not available from
ColorEyes) to the folks at ColorEyes, I have received back NOT ONE SINGLE
BIT OF HELPFUL INFORMATION. I have repeated asked them what specifically
they need to see for their program to recognize the monitor as a
DDC-configurable monitor. I have even sent them the test info that I
received and the results of the tests that I performed. Still, they have
provided NOTHING. They even warned that when the problem is fixed for Eizo
ColorNavigator, it still may not be fixed completely because "Eizo does not
adhere to the ddc spec". But they won't tell me what is non-standard nor
what they need to see that is different (if anything) than Eizo to make
their program work.
Perhaps others have had a good experience with these guys - perhaps in
answering questions about operating/using the ColorEyes product. But for a
very real, technical problem, so far, they've been absolutely useless.

Sorry for the later response to this... I have been out of town. That's a
polar opposite to my experience and that of the clients to whom I have
recommended their products.
