LAB from what RGB? The linear encoded ProPhoto RGB ACR is using prior to
encoding into one of the four supported RGB working spaces? Or the RGB
working space options? How would a LAB readout be helpful? The RGB readings
you see are based on the final rendering and encoding color space you
select.
