You need a spectrophotometer which will give you either spectral
reflectances, CIE Tristimulus values or CIE Lab.
Suppose you choose the easy path and work with Lab values, the easiest is to
build your chart in Lab in Photoshop and then convert RelCol to your RGB
profile of your choice, say AdobeRGB or BetaRGB or ProPhotoRGB.
