CBedit replacement options
CBedit replacement options

I'm a ColorBlind Edit user from way back and still occasionally find
the need to fire up CBEdit in classic to achieve tricky color color
corrections[ie: working with subtle saturated blue ranges, sat
reds, avoiding banding in color gradients etc] when converting RGB to
CMYK.
Question: is there any OSX native color editing app comparable in
power and functionality to the classic version of CBedit [actually
I'm using the server edition btw]?
I do use PSCS2 and am reasonably adept at color edits in RGB while
previewing target CMYK.....I use Aurelon CoCo in the mix too. I just
find that I still have a need for the CBedit approach/toolset and
don't necessarily want to automatically upgrade to the current CBedit
OSX version [I've not been impressed its development over the
pastseveral years]
Thanks
