Title: Re: Using the EyeOne scan target in
Profilemaker
Hi,
the file 'RGB Scan 1.4.txt ' in the Reference Data
folder of Eye-One Match cannot be used as Reference in ProfileMaker,
because the file contains RGB values, which will be used for
displaying the chart in Eye-One Match. Eye-One Match introduces the
user to create his own reference file by measuring the Eye-One Scan
target.
ProfileMaker Pro needs also an LAB (or spectral) measurement file
as 'Reference'. So please create a measurement file from the
Eye-One Scan target and load this as 'Reference'. Then create a
scan of the Eye-One Scan target and load this as 'Sample'.
Best regards

Same rant here. Why the limitation in ProfileMakerPro? Does not
seemed
justified :(
