Dear Roger
Over a period of several weeks of contacting the main agent acting for
Quato in Europe and their appointed distributor in the UK, firstly no
promised material or prices or availability was forthcoming. When I
eventually declared to the European agent that I really had lost
interest because if their agent could not be bothered pre sales, what
the heck would be the situation when service was needed after the money
was handed over. To date I have not had even the courtesy of a reply
let alone an offer to get fingers out.
Cheers
Richard
