you may have saved it in the Admin account's user directory:
<user>/library/colorsync/profiles/
and you should save all profiles you want to be viewable / usable system-wide here:
/library/colorsync/profiles

nope... well that's not quite true. you can change a few things and modify the internal name but no curve-bumping, selective color editing, cast-removing stuff.
