I think the issue is that Magnus can't currently get the measurement data to begin with, as i1 Photo only allows for RGB templates and won't measure a CMYK chart. So in order to measure a CMYK chart, you can use GM MeasureTool (in demo mode with a GM instrument) to measure in strip mode and save a text file of the data. If the text file does not readily import into Profiler Pro, then you would need to manipulate the data in Excel as Roger suggested.
