With the wider gamut unit? Well for one, there isn't a colorimeter or
Spectrophotometer that I have that will do a decent job profiling it. It's
got one very odd phosphor set! Since it's not an integrated smart monitor
like the Artisan I don't have the level of control such as setting a native
TRC gamma, altering the contrast ratio based on the work at hand, the
ability to measure and control black like I do on the Artisan. So the big
deal is it's got a large color gamut. In no other way does it provide the
level of color accuracy I need and find in the Artisan. It's bigger, it
certainly isn't better!
