I guess my question would be why 175l/s? If you’re
after higher quality, why not go with a better grade coated paper rather than
have your pressmen push for quality on toilet tissue? ;-)

You might have to put a cut-back curve on the plates even, depending on
what kind of dotgain you get on press.
