Setting default RGB in OS X 10.4?

Hi,

Does anyone know where one sets the default RGB in OS X 10.4?

In 10.3.x, it was of course in ColorSync Utility, but at least in my
installation of OS X 10.4 (Tiger) the Preferences tab of ColorSync Utility
is gone, and there is no Preferences menu item either (this is ColorSync
Utility v4.4).

I've poked around looking for another utility, as well as in the various
panes in System Preferences, but I can't spot a place to choose the RGB
Default (or Gray and CMYK, or the CMM).

Any information would be appreciated; Nikon Capture utilizes this setting,
and is right now stuck on Generic RGB in my setup.
