Having problems with IQueue processing PS files created from Illustrator

Also Quark 6.5 files having colored type changing to white, Lots of funky

The only work around for this is to open the illustrator files and back
save them to 8 and everything works as it should.

Maybe what Thomas Holm was saying about iQueue not handling postscript 3 correctly. You could utilize postscript level 2.

With Illustrator I'd expand the patterns before printing anyway. Illustrator is just friggin' hard to control in the printing/prepress world. So many of those effects flatten/rasterize in unexpected ways.

Another idea would be to submit Illustrator EPS's or PDF's to iQueue.
