Image Capture Scripting dictionary is missing in Tiger

Some ColorSync scripts rely on the Image Capture Scripting.app to manipulate images.

The app is working OK under Tiger, but its dictionary has gone AWOL.

This makes it impossible to create or compile new scripts - unless you can remember raw AppleEvent code. I wonder if John can tell me whether Apple staffers are aware of this and whether they can quickly add it to 10.4.1?
