With basICColor display the procedure is intuitive.
1) Go to Calibrate and Profile
2) Select Define Calibration Target
3) Click on Measure under Chromaticity Coordinates.
One can observe the iterative measurements and recognize that stable
readings are repetitively
occuring.
4) Accept Measurement
It is that simple.
To validate the results, one can compare the gradation and color accuracy
of several targets from
PDI, Kodak, Heidelberg, DuPont, etc and verify that the visual appearance
is exceptional.
Better yet, after calibrating and profiling, use the basICColor tool
called, "Review Current Profile" to
achieve scientific analysis of the monitor response, measured in delta e
values at several key
interrogation points.

How can you be sure the Eizo is producing an unaltered white point when
making your measurement? Can you describe your process in more detail?
