Sorry if this sounds obvious but are you sure all the ink heads are
firing
cleanly? Are you sure they were when the targets were generated?
This is a really good point because it's not always the case that a few
nozzles work and others don't. Quite a few times I've seen complete
blockage such that the printer prints completely clean, but there's
total blockage in one of the heads.
