The thing that I wonder about in regards to Colorbase is wouldn't this be
useful if a vendor makes changes to their paper or if one has to replace
the inkjet head in their printer? For my Epson 9600, I had to replace the
inkjet heads once and all my custom profiles became junk. I use the
ImagePrint RIP so their was no way to recalibrate and even by building new
profiles the printer didn't print exactly the same as before. This is a
real headache for limited edition printing on demand and if ColorBase
could remedy this problem then that could be a great thing.
Why isn't this available from Epson North America?
