Maybe considering the WCS competition described in the 'Goodbye ICC, here
comes Microsoft!' thread will bring some interest and motivation for Apple
to provide a competitive and non-proprietary advantage to OSX? And the way
that Apple seems to be able to crank out OSX updates compared to Microsoft's
ever delayed release dates, maybe there is also a possibility that Apple
could sneak in a ColorSync 'correction-enhancement' to OSX as suggested by
Jan-Peter, before Vista is released? Maybe just in time to run on Mactel
hardware?
I'm hoping so anyway.
