Roger,
My point was not to say it is better or worse but to clarify an earlier
statement. I was simply stating a fact: SpectraView-II (the software sold
with the 2180WG in the U.S.) is NOT basICColor.
To understand what the NEC does or doesn't do, best thing is to go to the
NEC website and view the user docs for the software. Assuming you're
familiar with basICColor, you'll see the differences.

Scroll to the bottom of the page and you'll see the user guide link. Since
you're from Canada, they even have a French version! :-)
