That's good advice, and we do indeed give basic training on the printers
to the users. Unfortunately, even with daily cleanings and checks of a
nozzle pattern, the printers can (and often do) clog up without warning,
sometimes from one proof to the next. GMG does have a feature to print
out a nozzle pattern before or after every proof. Unfortunately, its
come down to that. Epsons are great printers no doubt, but sheesh, you
get a bunch of them and you'll constantly be battling nozzle clogs.
