profiling transparent inkjet media?

The subject pretty much says it all. I have a client who needs reasonably accurate color on an overhead transparency material (Pictorico OHP to be specific) and I'm wondering what the best procedure is to create a reasonably accurate profile for it. I have a Spectroscan T at my disposal, but I've only used that feature for making custom it8 reference files, not output profiles. The output device in question is an Epson 4800.

Has anybody tried this? Anything I need to look out for?
