Marco et al.,
Are these problems with Printer Color Management a problem with Colorsync?
I've used Printer Color Management options for many years with several
printers and don't have these problems, but I have been using Windows ICM2
to do the color management with the Epson driver. With my latest R2400,
using the driver to do the color management, I can choose between all three
intents with the standard Epson paper profiles that are supplied with the
printer and get very good results.
You must remember that Printer Color Management is designed to give the
majority of Epson users a way to match their prints to their uncalibrated
monitors, get rid of color casts, or do other things like imitating Velvia,
or turning them sepia or b&w, and that most of them don't possess Photoshop.
It's not designed for the elite on this list!
Bob Frost.

Maybe it should be "Let Printer Try to Determine Colors" <g>
Indeed.
And don't forget to cross your fingers either!
