I need to save a multi-channel EPS target as a multi-channel TIFF.
Any suggestions as how to accomplish this?

I've tried to "save as" this EPS in Photoshop.
The only options you have are DCS, EPS, Raw, PSD,

The file is constructed as a MultChannel document of 6 spot colors rather than CMYK + 2 spots. Just go to Mode --> CMYK and you end up with CMYK + Hexachrome Orange and Hexachrome Green. At first glance it doesn't appear to change the values of the channels, and so should still be valid.
