hi kerry,

id be happy to.
generally this problem arises when ColorEyes is trying to read and write to the graphics card and the software encounters a permissions problem in your specific user account.
You could repair permissions and try to launch after a restart.  It should be fine.  You can also confirm this is a user account issue by creating a new admin user account and try to launch without the permissions rebuild.  This would also help confirm the issue resides specifically in the user account setup.

If you still run into issues you could either contact me offlist or directly on our technical support forum located on "www.integrated-color.com".

thanks

Hello List Members,

I know that I tackled this error message before when I was installing
ColorEyes Display software (v 3.2) but cannot remember how I was able to
fix it. Essentially, the program has been installed on the hard drive but
won't launch. I get the following error message:

"An exception of class NilObjectException was not handled.
The application must shut down."

Can anyone remind me of the solution?
Thanks in advance,
Kerry Mansfield
