It appears that the 'SWOP2006_Coated5_PERFX' seems little different than the TR001 based 'U.S. Web Coated (SWOP)' profile. However, I find it curious that the paper white of the 'SWOP2006_Coated5_PERFX' was significantly lighter! Any comments on this are welcome.

Great question from Roberto Michelena regarding max black. Standard Rate and Data Service (SRDS directory) has long reported a max black of 90% to 95% for most web offset publication presses. I believe that web presses having trouble holding dots in the deep shadow areas. 95% Max black should be about right and I suspect the 90% max black is simply an expression of extreme safety on the part of the printer. I personally use a 90% max black for SWOP separations.
