I'll admit I'm not as versed as others on the list when it comes to Gracol's ins and outs but isn't Gracol built or derived from ISO-12647-2?
Hi RogerYes the latest Gracol methodology is of course based on printing to ISO-12647-2 standards. The Gracol G7 characterization data set from which profiles are built is apparently based on a beta version (close to the release) of Fogra 39 data set. This data has been adjusted slightly apparently in both cases. The original (Fogra 39) data was derived from printing run(s) to ISO-12647-2 standard. |
