That's good advice  Terry - so I'm back to the calibration of the proofer to
see if I can  tighten that up a bit.
There are also tolerances for paper dE and primaries  dE - what are your
recommendations for these?


Peter, Thanks for the recommendation. I usually let them dry overnight (from 12 – 24 hrs) before measuring them for verification.
Really? Everyday for 2 weeks? Wow - never had that kind of time luxury where we could wait 2 weeks to send out a job to our printing vendors...
They (we actually!) always seem to need it yesterday...
Have others noticed a major color shift after 2 weeks?
I remember Martin’s posts recently about problems with the EFI 9200 proofing stock – but was assuming that was an unusual and isolated incident with a particular batch of paper. Is this something I should be concerned about?
