Yeah that only tells me its neutral with a light source that has a
D50 spectral radiant power distribution. What I need is a spectral
reflectance that is reasonably neutral. GTI makes such a thing, but
there is unfortunately a budget limitation involved (a really big
room, walls and ceilings need to be painted) so something else is
necessary. So I'm hoping someone already has a formula that's working
