D50/2 is a reference to the colorimetry, not the spectral measurements.
So yes, you would still use D50/2 because it is for a graphics industry
ICC workflow and that is the standard.
By "SCI" I assume you mean specular component included (also referred
to as SPIN). That's a little harder question and the answer will depend
on your use. In general, I'd suggest specular component excluded (SPEX)
because this is more similar to the typical way that people view
prints. In other words, you rotate the print until there is no glare
effectively excluding the specular component. There are other factors
that can influence the decision however, but again, it will be specific
to your application.
